Your first six weeks

What changes, week by week.

A typical first six weeks at EPS. Keep scrolling to see how it builds.

  1. 1
    Week 1

    Learn the system

Your first classes. Coaches walk you through Kinstretch and your movement, and every exercise comes with progressions and modifications so you start at exactly the right level.

  2. 2
    Week 2

    Build the rhythm

You settle into the Monday, Wednesday, Friday cadence. The joints you've been ignoring start to wake up, and you begin to understand the why behind every movement.

  3. 3
    Week 3

    Notice the difference

Everyday movement starts to feel easier. Less morning stiffness, more range, and the warm-up that felt hard in week one is now second nature.

  4. 4
    Week 4

    Add real strength

The periodized strength work compounds. You're moving more load with control, not just more soreness, and the community already knows your name.

  5. 5
    Week 5

    Move with confidence

Better range of motion meets real strength. Old aches get quieter, you push harder, and training stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like yours.

  6. 6
    Week 6

    Feel the change

Stronger, more mobile, more resilient. Training is a habit now, and you're set up to keep moving well for the long run, not just for six weeks.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. Classes are scalable for every level, and our coaches give progressions and modifications so you train at the right intensity from day one, whether you're a former athlete or brand new to training.

What does a class actually look like?

Every class begins with Kinstretch to prime your joints, followed by varied, periodized strength and conditioning led by an expert coach. Group classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, four times a day.

Is this good for staying healthy as I get older?

That's the whole point. The joint-first approach builds usable range of motion and resilient strength, so you keep moving well and resist injury. Plenty of our members train for longevity, not just a workout.

How is EPS different from a normal gym?

We don't chase soreness or random circuits. Everything is built on Functional Range Systems: develop the joint first, then load it. You build strength that lasts and learn why you train the way you do.

How much does it cost?

Group classes are $300 a month and cover every class time, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Open gym is $100 a month for qualified athletes, and one-on-one training is priced upon inquiry.
